Nik has always had an interest in sport and physical fitness. From a young age he has always played football, rugby and cricket amongst many other team and individual sports. Growing up in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire he developed a competitive streak as well as a desire to help others!
After taking time out after school he decided to go to university in 2007 to study Sport Studies. Giving him a strong understanding of sports sociology, politics and psychology he graduated with a 1st Class honours degree. Wanting to continue his path in sport and understanding the need to encourage more people to become active and exercise, Nik decided to pursue a career as a personal trainer. Gaining his Advanced Personal Training Diploma alongside qualifications in Spin Cycling, Boxing and Circuit training Nik decided to move to London and set up his own business as a freelance trainer.
As well as continuing to train others, in 2012 Nik hopes to gain further qualifications to enhance the personal training service he provides his clients. As a personal challenge he will also be organising and taking part in an endurance cycle in order to raise money for a charity close to him as well as continuing to lower his 10k running time!

No two sessions will ever be the same, just like no two people are ever the same. Too often people lose interest in a gym programme or making themselves get up off the sofa and go out because of a lack of variety or a lack of results. My ambition is to get you past that and realise a healthier, fitter you is a better you.
