Bootcamps

Bootcamps, or group classes, can be a great way for you to exercise.  Whether you want to get back into exercise or you just fancy a change of direction in your training, we can help you.  Some people find training with others beneficial for motivation and our classes are a great way to meet like minded people – perfect for creating a group support network so you will achieve your goals!

If you are interested in joining current classes get in touch today.  Alternatively if you want to get a few friends together to train as a group, call and we can arrange a suitable time to start a new bootcamp.

Prices vary dependant on class type, duration and location.  Please ask for more details

 

Spin Classes

Nik is a qualified Spin Cycling instructor and teaches several classes a week.  He has been taking classes since September 2011 and has built up a regular following in each of his sessions.  Spinning is a great way to improve your cardiovascular fitness, build and tone muscle and lower your body fat.

The benefits of group exercise are high levels of motivation and it’s a great way to meet new people – making you push yourself further and keep coming back for more.  Nik’s classes often have an eclectic mix of music and plenty of encouragement – and are suitable for all levels of fitness and ability.
