One to one personal training sessions usually last an hour (but this is adaptable to your needs). As the name suggests, it is just you and your trainer working specifically towards the results you want. You will fulfil your physical and mental potential while at the same time having fun! Every session is different and will be both challenging and enjoyable.
The sessions include both physical exercise as well as nutrition and life-style advice that is designed to leave you not only fitter and healthier but feeling good. There are a number of options available to you. Whether your goals are fat loss, to improve your health, a specific event or just to look and feel better, there is a package for you. Every person has different goals and circumstances and because we are all individual your training package will be individually tailored to suit you.
This means that how often you meet with your trainer, for how long and where you do it will be up to you and your trainer to decide together. Because of this, there is no definitive cost – some people need a trainer five times a week while other people can be successful with just one session a fortnight. Some people will achieve their goals in 6 weeks, for others it may be a longer term objective. Don’t panic! During your initial consultation your trainer will work with you to set realistic goals and explain exactly how you will get there.
